Changes in Art (Free, $10, $20)
All commissions come with unlimited free changes during the sketch phase, so you can perfect your idea before we move forward! You are allowed 3 free changes during the line art phase and 2 free change during the color stage. After these are used up, revision fees apply: Line Art Phase: +$10, Color Phase: +$20. Minor changes (like small adjustments or tweaks) may not be charged. However, full recolors, color swaps, or other major edits will be charged as add-ons.Sharing to Social Media (+20%)
As the artist, I reserve the right to upload any commissioned artwork to my portfolio or social media for promotional use. Uploaded works will always be heavily watermarked to protect your privacy. If you'd prefer that your art not be posted, there is a +20% privacy fee per order.Let the Artist Decide! (+35%)
Don’t know what you want or just love surprises? With this option, you can give me up to 10 must-have elements, plus info about the character’s personality or backstory, and I’ll take creative liberty to design something that fits my vision of your idea. This option is perfect if you want a design with minimal guidance, based on your theme and my artistic intuition!Expedite/Rush Fee (+35%)
Want your commission done ASAP? This add-on ensures that your piece is prioritized above all others currently in the queue, no matter how many commissions I’m working on! You'll be placed at the very top of my list, and I’ll start on your commission right away, ahead of earlier clients. Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the piece, but it will be noticeably faster than standard wait times.

Commercial use of my artwork must be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins. If you'd like to obtain commercial rights after the commission is completed, please contact me directly to arrange licensing and applicable fees. Commercial commissions are prioritized over personal ones.Usage & Licensing:
Commissions fall under four usage tiers (see Usage Rights Chart for pricing and details). Each license covers only its specified category — purchasing one (e.g., Monetized) does not include others (e.g., Merchandise). If the artwork will be used across multiple categories, corresponding licenses must all be purchased.
• Personal Use: Non-commercial, private purposes only.
• Monetized Use: Revenue-generating or promotional digital use.
• Merchandise Use: Physical products intended for sale.
• Full Copyright Transfer: Grants complete ownership and all usage rights.🛈 Please Note:
• All commercial licenses are perpetual and non-exclusive unless otherwise agreed. Clients may purchase licensing upgrades at a later time, but such upgrades are non-refundable once paid.
• If commissioning a design (e.g., a character or mascot) that will later appear on merchandise, the Merchandise Commercial Use fee must be paid upfront — even if production is not immediate.
• Selecting a Personal Use license and using the work commercially constitutes a breach of contract and may result in legal action.
• The artist retains full copyright and moral rights to all commissioned works unless a Full Copyright Transfer agreement is signed.Agencies/Businesses:
• Commercial rates for individual clients follow the Usage Rights Chart multipliers.
• For agency or company commissions, fees may increase depending on project scale, exclusivity, and intended use.
Typical rates range from +300% (standard merchandise) up to +800% or more for full rights, branding, or large-scale commercial projects.
• A custom quote will be provided based on scope, distribution, and intended longevity of use.Resale or Redistribution of Artwork:
• Clients may not resell, redistribute, or trade the original artwork files or designs without explicit written permission. This includes (but is not limited to) selling as NFTs, using in AI model training or generation, or reproducing it outside the licensed scope.
• Once the appropriate commercial rights fee is paid, clients may commission other artists to create new artwork based on the licensed design (e.g., a character), but may not reproduce, trace, or modify the original artwork itself unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Credit Requirements:
Clients are required to credit the artist where most appropriate and convenient, such as in project descriptions, posts, or profiles. However, in any public showcases of the artwork—such as portfolios, social media posts, or promotional materials—credit must always be visible and accessible.

• By sending payment, you agree to these terms and confirm your intent to proceed with the commission. If you wish to cancel your commission, please notify me immediately to discuss the next steps.
• Before filling out the commission form, please carefully review all details, including pricing, add-ons, payment methods, and Terms of Service (TOS). By submitting the form, you acknowledge and agree to my TOS.
• Once I receive your completed commission form and any necessary references (portrait photos, mood boards, character models, etc.), I will confirm the details with you. This includes a summary of your request, pricing, estimated completion time, and the total amount due (including the required deposit).Payment | Turnaround Time | Rush Orders
• A 50% deposit is required before I begin working. Full payment upfront is also accepted if preferred.
• My typical turnaround time is ~2 weeks, but it may take up to 1 month if I am busy.
• Rush orders are available for an additional +35% of the total fee.Refunds & Cancellations
• No refunds will be given once work has begun, except under certain circumstances as outlined in my TOS.
• If a commission is canceled, the client must still pay for any completed work.
• I retain the right to reuse or repurpose any incomplete artwork for future commissions, marketing, or portfolio purposes.
• Clients may request a cancellation or change within 48 hours of payment. If canceled within this time frame, a refund will be issued. After 48 hours, no refunds will be provided once work has started.Merchandise Commercial Use
• To use the design for merchandise, promotional purposes, or any form of profit, commercial usage rights must be purchased separately. Please contact me beforehand to discuss the terms and fees related to commercial use. Once an agreement is reached, I will provide written documentation of the granted rights.
• Clients must purchase a commercial use fee for the original concept design before proceeding with any production of digital or physical merchandise, whether through me or another artist. This applies to both original designs and redesigns of an existing character model.
• Merchandise production and resale of a character design or artwork may only proceed after the commercial fee has been paid. Unauthorized commercial use will result in additional penalty fees or legal action.

• After receiving the deposit, I will begin the sketch, which typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on the complexity of the commission. Once completed, I will send a watermarked sketch for review.
• You may request up to 5 free changes during this phase. Additional changes will incur a $5 fee per change (see "Additional Fees").
• At this stage, you may also request add-ons for an additional fee ($2–$10, depending on complexity).Line Art
• Once you approve the sketch, I will proceed with the line art.
• You are entitled to 2 free changes during this phase. Additional changes will incur a $10 fee per change (see "Additional Fees").
• No new add-ons can be requested after this step.Coloring & Rendering
• After the line art is approved, I will proceed with coloring and shading. • You are entitled to 1 free change during this phase. Additional changes will incur a $20 fee per change (see "Additional Fees").For Sketch-Only or Partial Orders
• If you ordered a sketch, line art, or another partial service, I will send you a watermarked version for approval.
• After the final payment is received, you will receive the unwatermarked version of your commissioned piece.Updates & Communication

• If progress is slow, I may send multiple updates within the same stage to keep you informed.Final Payment & Delivery
• Once the artwork is completed, I will send you a watermarked version for review.The unwatermarked version will only be sent after the remaining balance is paid in full.File Delivery
• Commissions will be delivered as high-resolution PNG files (2000–4000 pixels unless otherwise specified).
• After delivery, clients are responsible for backing up their own files. I will store final files for 6 months, but after that period, I am not responsible for lost files.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request at my discretion.I reserve the right to refuse future service to any client.Disrespectful or abusive behavior will result in immediate cancellation without refund.❥ Credit & Display
Credit is required when the artwork or design is publicly featured or showcased (such as portfolios, reposts, highlights, or promotional use).Casual personal use (such as emotes or reaction images) does not require credit, but credit is appreciated when possible.My watermark or signature must not be removed or altered. If you need an unwatermarked version, it will be provided upon request with the appropriate commercial license.Designs must remain linked to their ToyHouse page (or another approved platform) for proper record-keeping. A ToyHouse access code can be provided if needed.I reserve the right to use commissioned work for self-promotion, marketing, and portfolio display unless the client requests privacy for an additional fee.❥ Style interpretation
Artistic interpretation is required for all commissions unless exact specifications are provided. Minor stylistic differences are not considered errors.─────────── ✿II. OWNERSHIP, GENERAL USAGE
❥ Copyright & Ownership
I retain full ownership and copyright of all artwork and designs I create.Commission payments grant usage rights only, unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing or an exclusive copyright license is purchased.Clients may not claim the artwork as their own, or reproduce, redistribute, or use it for commercial purposes without purchasing the appropriate commercial license or obtaining a written copyright transfer.NSFW commissions require clients to confirm they are 18 years or older.❥ Artist Reuse of Elements
I reserve the right to reuse general artistic elements and methods (including poses, compositions, color palettes, and techniques) in future work.Client-specific characters, designs, and identifiable features will not be reused or replicated. This does not apply to fully original character designs created specifically for the client, unless otherwise agreed upon.If a client requires exclusivity over specific design elements or concepts, this must be discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to the start of the commission and may require an additional fee.❥ Edits / Client Modifications
Clients may make minor personal or stylistic edits, including: makeup edits, filters or color adjustments, cropping, resizing, thumbnails, overlays.The following are not allowed without permission or PSD access: recoloring major elements (e.g., hair, outfit, palette), heavy alterations or redraws.If a PSD or layered file is provided, extended edits (such as recolors) are permitted for personal or commercial use with the appropriate license.Edits must not misrepresent the original quality or craftsmanship of the artwork.If an edit significantly alters the artwork, I may request removal of credit to avoid misrepresentation.AI-related edits are strictly prohibited, including: AI filters or generators, training or dataset usage.❥ Derivative Works
Fanart, DTIYS entries, and redesigns are allowed.Derivative designs must be visibly distinct and not trace, copy, or closely replicate the original design.All derivative works must credit me as the original creator.Derivative works may not be used commercially without a proper license.─────────── ✿III. COMMERCIAL USAGE
❥ Personal Use
All artwork and designs are for personal, non-commercial use by default unless otherwise stated.Clients may use the artwork for personal display, including on social or streaming platforms (such as Twitter/X, Twitch, or similar) as profile pictures, banners, or decorative use, including on monetized accounts.Redistribution, reproduction, resale, or commercial use of the artwork is strictly prohibited without explicit permission or a purchased license.Designs may be gifted or traded for non-monetary items (such as other character designs or in-game items), provided the transfer is properly documented (e.g., via ToyHouse or another verifiable record).❥ Monetized Use (Limited Use)
Monetized use refers to indirect income generated while using the artwork, where the artwork itself is not the primary product being sold.This includes (but is not limited to): streaming with the artwork on monetized platforms, YouTube/Twitch ad revenue, or content creation where the artwork appears as part of your brand or persona.Monetized use is not automatically included in all commissions and may require an additional license depending on usage. Please confirm prior to use.Monetized use does not grant rights to sell, redistribute, or create merchandise of the artwork.❥ Commercial Use
Commercial use refers to any use where the artwork or design directly contributes to a product, service, or business profit.This includes (but is not limited to): merchandise (physical or digital), branding, logos, promotional materials, vtuber models/assets for business use, reselling, or sublicensing.A commercial license must be purchased separately for any such use unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.Commercial licenses are granted only to the original client unless explicitly stated otherwise.Different license tiers may be available depending on intended use; please contact me to discuss details.Unauthorized commercial use may result in revocation of rights, blacklisting, and/or further action.❥ Documentation & Validity
All licenses and agreements will be documented through verifiable records (such as platform messages, email, invoices, or ToyHouse logs).Licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication may result in immediate termination of the license and loss of all usage rights.─────────── ✿IV. PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATIONS
❥ Payment Requirements
Payments must be made via VGen.Payment is due within 48 hours of commission agreement or offer acceptance unless otherwise discussed.Failure to complete payment within the stated timeframe may result in loss of the commission slot or design.For commissions under $100, full payment is required upfront. For commissions $100 or more, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due before final delivery.Invoices can be provided upon request for larger orders or payment plans.❥ Holds & Payment Plans
Holds are available for up to 7 days; extensions may be granted at the artist’s discretion and may require a deposit.Partial payments are accepted; however, final files, completed artwork, or design transfers will not be released until full payment is received.Deposits and partial payments are non-refundable once work has begun.“Work has begun” is defined as any time spent on sketches, concepts, planning, or client-specific development, including any visual or conceptual work created specifically for the client.If a client is unresponsive for 7 days, a reminder will be sent. After 14 days of no response, the commission or slot may be canceled or re-listed.If payment is missed and no communication is made within 72 hours, the agreement may be voided at the artist’s discretion. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.❥ Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations requested within 48 hours of payment are eligible for a full refund, provided work has not begun.Once work has begun, refunds are not available except in cases of: failure to deliver the commission, significant deviation from agreed terms (e.g., incorrect core details, colors, or requested elements)If a client fails to respond or complete payment after 7-14 days of reminders, the commission may be canceled at the artist’s discretion.

❥ Artist Rights
The artist reserves the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time for reasons including but not limited to: personal emergencies, inability to complete the work, or violation of Terms of Service by the client.─────────── ✿V. PROHIBITED USES, RESELLING & VIOLATIONS
❥ Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes filed without prior communication are considered a violation of these Terms of Service and will result in immediate termination of services and permanent blacklisting from future commissions.All relevant records, including transaction history, commission progress, and written communication, may be used for dispute resolution or proof of service.❥ Transfers & Ownership Rules
All trades, gifts, or sales of designs must be properly logged on ToyHouse or an equivalent tracking system for transparency.If you are unable to update a transfer, you must notify me within 7 days so it can be verified and recorded.Designs may not be transferred more than once within a 14-day period without prior approval to prevent flipping or scalping.Commercial rights are granted only to the original buyer unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.❥ Reselling & Transfer Policy
Designs and/or associated artwork may only be included in a resale as part of the full design package; individual elements or artwork may not be sold separately.Resale price may not exceed the original purchase price plus the value of any additional commissioned or paid artwork.A clear price breakdown must be included in any resale listing.Reselling, trading, or gifting a design without proper rights or permission is strictly prohibited and may result in revocation of rights and blacklisting.Scalping (reselling at inflated prices without added value) is not permitted.Designs may not be sold, traded, or transferred to blacklisted individuals under any circumstances.❥ Prohibited Uses
My artwork or designs may not be used for NFTs, blockchain minting, AI training, or AI generation purposes without explicit written permission.AI-related use is strictly prohibited, including AI filters, generators, training, scraping, or dataset usage under any circumstances unless explicitly granted in writing.Artwork and designs may not be used to promote or depict hate speech, discrimination, harassment, illegal activity, or harmful content. Fictional or storytelling use is allowed as long as it does not promote or endorse real-world harm.Unauthorized commercial use, including unlicensed merchandise, branding, monetization, or marketing, is strictly prohibited.NSFW content involving minors, non-consensual themes, or illegal/explicit exploitation is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination of rights.❥ Violations & Revocation of Rights
Usage rights may be revoked if any Terms of Service are violated, including unauthorized resale, transfer, commercial use, or use of the design in prohibited content.Consequences may include loss of all rights to the design and associated artwork, removal of usage permissions, blacklisting from future services, and rehoming or repurposing of the design at the artist’s discretion (for original design work only, not client-owned commissioned artwork).Blacklisting refers to permanent exclusion from future commissions, trades, or sales. I reserve the right to document violations privately and disclose information only when necessary for fraud prevention or community safety.❥ Legal, Disputes & Proof of Ownership
In the event of a dispute, valid proof of ownership and transaction history (such as VGen records, payment receipts, or ToyHouse transfer logs) will be used for verification.Designs or commissions without verifiable proof of purchase or transfer may be considered unauthorized.I reserve the right to take appropriate action in cases of fraud, misuse of artwork, or violation of these Terms of Service, including permanent revocation of rights and blacklisting.Legal action may be pursued in cases of serious infringement, fraud, or intentional misuse of intellectual property.─────────── ✿VI. DELIVERY, STORAGE & FINALIZATION
❥ Delivery Times & Updates
Estimated completion time will be communicated prior to payment and typically ranges from 2 days to 3 weeks, depending on complexity and current queue.Clients may request progress updates at any time; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergencies, or technical issues.Any significant delays will be communicated as early as possible, along with an updated timeline and, if applicable, the option for a partial refund or cancellation.❥ File Delivery & Format
Final artwork will be delivered digitally in high-resolution PNG format (typically 2000–4000px unless otherwise specified).Alternative formats (such as JPEG, transparent PNG, PSD, or others) may be provided upon request prior to final delivery.Clients are responsible for downloading and securely backing up their files upon receipt.❥ Final Approval & Completion
Once final files are delivered and approved by the client, the commission is considered complete. Revisions may not be available after approval unless otherwise agreed upon.❥ Revisions
Minor revisions are included during the sketch phase.Major changes after approval may incur additional fees depending on complexity. Significant changes requested after completion may be treated as a new commission.Revisions may not be available after approval unless otherwise agreed upon.❥ File Storage Policy
Final files will be stored for up to 6 months after delivery for backup purposes.After this period, files may be deleted and will no longer be recoverable. The artist is not responsible for lost, damaged, or deleted files after this timeframe.─────────── ✿VII. AGREEMENT & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

❥ Terms Updates
Terms may be updated at any time and will apply to future commissions or transactions only.Existing clients may request alignment with updated terms if changes are beneficial or relevant.Updates will always be posted publicly for full transparency.❥ Emergencies & Refunds
In rare cases such as medical emergencies, personal emergencies, or delays exceeding 30 days, a partial refund or revised completion timeline may be offered at the artist’s discretion.Refunds outside of these circumstances are not guaranteed once work has begun.Refunds or adjustments will always be considered in good faith based on work completed and circumstances.❥ Contact & Support
Clients should contact the artist prior to payment for questions regarding commissions, usage rights, or licensing.Ongoing support or updates will be provided through agreed communication channels.
